In the quest to find a better way for neighbors to converse we have come up with the following three options.

An off-site-hosted Message Board Entitled Over The Fence:
- This is a paid version of a Message Board / Forum. You can choose to view the message Board in a message board format or you can choose to view it as a threaded board. the same company offers a free message board, but it was full of adsso we upgraded it to the paid version to illimintae those ads, as some of them we long and quite intrusive.
- This Message board may take a little getting used to for many folks, however, it will be less labor intensive than the old style Shared News was.

An off-site-hosted Social network SpaceToob:
- This is a separate website, called SpaceToob.
- In many ways SpaceToob is like YouTube, MySpace, FaceBook & others. You can share videos, photos, audo files, & create your own blogs.
- The first BIG DIFFERENCE between SpaceToob and other social networks is that SpaceToob is owned by a local member of the GBNA.
- The second BIG DIFFERENCE between SpaceToob and other social netwaroks such as MySpace is that SpaceToob will be monitored on a regular basis by both the owner and a second GBNA member as well. Every effort will be made by these two ladies to keep SpaceToob as Family Clean as possible.
- SpaceToob is intended to be for families and only family oriented posted will be allowed.
On-site-hosted Blogs:
- We have put together a on-site, database driven blogging system. It has the capability of becoming several separate blogs. For now though, until we see which blogs are actually going to be more popular, the blogs are all lumped into one. Please let us know which ones you would like to see grow.
- We would really like to hear from you to let us know what subjects you would like to see blogs on.
- We would welcome volunteers whow would be interested in (consistently) submitting monthly to a themed blog.
- You are welcome to post comments on the blogs, however, when you post to a specific blog, please stay on subject. If you need to open a new subject you can do that on the message board.
- Messages that are negative toward the GBNA or any GBNA member will be deleted.
