Old Business
Office Millirons report – He said there were more complaints about activities at the old Fairbanks School property.  If the landlord, Bill Weiss, doesn’t do certain things, they will file charges.  Concerning the drive-by shooting at 700 W. Scott and Webster, the residents didn’t get along very well.  They’ve been arrested and are still in jail.  He wants to establish neighborhood watch groups including apartments, duplexes and landlords, and is working with Mid-town to schedule a neighborhood watch meeting.  He noted that if the sales tax doesn’t pass, PAR officers will be eliminated.  He said Watch Associations are self-sufficient.  He has websites to research and then would like to do a presentation.  They find block captains, etc. and the police train them.

Railroad Funds – Pauletta reported that there is some $18,000 left that needs to be spent by June.  The following are the suggestions for use of the funds.  The list is in priority order.  The person responsible for reporting back costs and details at the next membership meeting is also shown.
