Bowser Jones is a MaltipomPhoto taken July 16, 2007 Look how much I have grown!
Photos taken June 25, 2007
Hello, My name is Bowser Jones. I am not very big yet (June 2007). I am only 12 weeks old. My litter mates are all a whole lot smaller than me. My new mommy (La Wanna) says I was the odd ball of the litter. You know, of course that makes me extra special. I have floppy little curly haired ears and a long curly top 'hat'. I was an eight grade graduation present for my new owner, Micah. His sister Jesi takes care of me a whole lot too. There is so much to learn. I am learning to go potty outside. It is fun if I want to go play outside all I have to do to make Jesi or Micah run me outside really fast is to start sniffing around the floor. My new family thinks they are training me, but really I am training them to listen to me when I want to go outside and play. Treats, Liver treats, chicken treats, chewy bone treats, crunchy bone treats... treats treats treats... Whenever I want one I get one. It is really easy, I have my new family trained so well all I have to do is set down in front of them and tip my head sideways and they give me treats instantly. Here are photos of me when I was 6 weeks old (May 21, 2007). I am of course much cuter now. When my family takes new photos of me they will share them with you.

The Grant Beach Neighborhood Betterment Association is a group of citizens working together to maintain and improve the quality of living in our area. We meet monthly on a regular basis to address neighborhood concerns, and encourage residents to start smaller neighborhood watch groups in their block. We believe that people should actively participate as citizens in a democracy and as neighbors in in a community. We are a group of citizens interested in working together to maintain and improve the living quality of our neighborhood, motivate the city to address our concerns, be a spawning ground for neighborhood watch programs and build a sense of community among us. Working together, there is little that cannot be done, working apart there is little that can be done. Mission Statement: "Improving the quality of life in our neighborhood" This website is simply a tool we use to help keep our neighbors connected to each other, to their neighborhood and to their City of Springfield, Missouri. Please consider attending the monthly meeting. Potluck Dinner for the whole family and Free child care for the meeting
