Friday Night "Karaoke In The Park"
Three Friday evenings each month during the Spring, Summer and Fall Grant Beach Park is alive with music and song. Grant Beach Park becomes stage to area residents vocalizing, socializing and just hanging out having fellowship and fun. Two GBNA members, Fred & Janice Ellison, bring their large scale karaoke equipment to the park and residents have a quite large selection of songs and music, in fact, there are decades of music to choose from. There are selections available in all styles of music, so you will surely find something to sing along with. This is a FREE family friendly, alcohol free, event co-sponsored by the Springfield Greene County Park Board.

GBNA has concessions available (popcorn, sodas and coffee) at very low rates. Concessions proceeds benefit GBNA neighborhood projects. Of course you can bring your own picnic, if you choose, or you can bring potluck items to share.
We need to all be sure and let Fred & Janice know how much we appreicate them sharing their equipment and thier dedication of time in doing this for the neighborhood. We would also, like to take a moment to thank the additional volunteers that show to help pull this event together three Friday night per month.
